Walla Walla County is seeking a Part-Time on-call Groundskeeper / Facilities Maintenance Technician I to maintain county grounds and facilities. The role combines outdoor grounds work with indoor custodial tasks and reports to the Facilities Manager.

Responsibilities include seasonal landscaping, basic maintenance, and support duties during winter. On-call availability may be required; benefit details and sick leave accrual are described in the county policy.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 10 years’ experience or any combination in landscaping and maintenance.
• Experience with irrigation, chemical application and weed control.

Mansioni

• Groundskeeping and landscape maintenance through spring to fall.
• Custodial and facility support in winter or low activity.
• Operate mowing equipment, power tools and related grounds gear.
