Responsibilities

• Prepare for shows with format-related content and local material; write and post web and social content.
• Host regular and voice-tracked shifts.
• Collaborate with program director to develop relatable content and support ratings goals.
• Operate the control board and edit phone segments and interviews.
• Participate in remote broadcasts, appearances, and community events to boost audience engagement.
• Collaborate with sales and promotions to maximize revenue opportunities.
