During tax season and year-round, you will reset spaces, sanitize surfaces, manage linens and supplies, and ensure inventory stays stocked across three storefront locations.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized with a place-for-everything mentality.
• Detail-oriented with strong cleaning and sanitization skills.
• Able to work independently and self-direct.
• Reliable transportation to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Detailed Space Turnover: Reset office spaces, meeting rooms, and common areas to be client-ready.
• Surface Sanitization: Daily cleaning and sanitization of floors and restrooms.
• Textile & Supply Management: Launder and stage linens, towels, and rugs.
• Inventory Control: Restock coffee, paper products, and sanitizers.
• High-Level Dusting & Detail: Address small details for a five-star storefront appearance.
• Space Staging: Reset rooms with crisp furniture and supply arrangement.
• Systematic Sanitization: Follow high-standard cleaning protocols for high-traffic areas.
• Inventory & Linen Management: Manage rotation of textiles and essential supplies.
• Detail Auditing: Walkthrough spaces to fix organizational friction.
