Huron-Clinton Metroparks in Brighton, MI is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to assist the Chief of Finance with day-to-day operations, coordination, record-keeping, and cross-department tasks. $18.80 - $22.25 per hour (up to 1500 hours per year). Eligible part‑time employees will receive up to a $5.75 per hour retention bonus for all hours worked from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Under the supervision of the Chief of Finance, work activities in this position provide administrative support to staff and departments within the Administrative Office to ensure efficient day‑to‑day operations. This role serves as a central resource, assisting with coordination, communication, record‑keeping, and general office functions across departments. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

In addition to meeting the qualifications of the P4 level:
Personal computer with word processing, spreadsheet, database, and publishing software; calculator; telephone system; fax machine; copier; and scanner.
