Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in OT required or preferred; Bachelor's not sufficient.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using standard occupational therapy techniques.
• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans with goals and frequency.
• Maintains accurate, timely documentation using objective terminology.
• Educates patients and caregivers; provides discharge recommendations.
• Supervises OT assistants and rehab aides per regulations and standards.
