Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist or eligible.
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills; patient-centered care.
• Ability to lift and assist patients; stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to reach goals.
• Educate clients and families on daily activities and adaptive equipment.
• Maintain records of evaluations and progress in compliance with standards.
