Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (Required).
• BLS - Basic Life Support certification.
• Licensed in Field - State of Ohio.
• OT - American Occupational Therapy Association membership is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Care 90-100% in outpatient rehab.
• Evaluate and treat patients after provider referral; develop plan of care.
• Provide patient and caregiver education; assist with discharge planning.
• Document evaluation, plan of care, progress, and discharge plans.
• Serve as clinical instructor for OT and OTA students.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, social workers and other staff.
• Maintain productivity expectations for the department.
