Job summary

Concept Rehab is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our Ozark, Missouri team on a part-time basis. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans and provide skilled OT interventions to improve independence and safety.

Requirements include a MO OT license or eligibility and NBCOT certification. You will collaborate with nursing, physicians and therapy staff in a supportive interdisciplinary setting with continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Missouri OT license or eligibility.
• NBCOT certification.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled OT interventions addressing ADLs, mobility, cognition and safety.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed; maintain clinical documentation.
