Job summary

Concept Rehab is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team in Ashland, Missouri. This flexible PRN role lets you leverage your clinical skills and build meaningful patient relationships with a schedule that works for you.

You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, provide skilled interventions, and collaborate with physicians and care teams to improve patient independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Missouri Occupational Therapist license.
• NBCOT certification required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions.
• Address functional mobility, ADLs, strength, coordination, cognition and other needs.
• Monitor patient progress and modify plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety and independence strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, therapy staff, and care team.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

What You'll Do

As an Occupational Therapist, you will help patients improve their independence and ability to participate in everyday activities through individualized, skilled therapy.

Responsibilities include:

• Complete comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions
• Address functional mobility, ADLs, strength, coordination, cognition, and other occupational performance needs
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to improve safety and independence
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, therapy staff, and other members of the care team
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
