Job summary

Qualifications

• Michigan-licensed OT with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
• Registered OTR (Occupational Therapist Registered).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients and identify strengths, challenges, and growth areas.
• Develop individualized treatment goals and intervention plans.
• Provide therapeutic strategies to improve daily living, motor, and cognitive skills.
• Recommend and train on adaptive equipment and assistive technology.
• Identify environmental modifications to promote independence at home, work, and community.
• Educate clients, families, caregivers, and team members on treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team and maintain progress records.
• Participate in case reviews, quality improvement, and clinical best practices.
