Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic in Michigan is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to independently evaluate and plan care for inpatients. You will collaborate with OT assistants and create targeted treatment plans to improve daily living skills and mobility.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Occupational Therapy.
• Michigan OT license or eligibility before hire; BLS/CPR required.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate functional abilities and ADLs, mobility, ROM, strength, coordination and other functional limits.
• Establish baseline and plan of care to demonstrate progress through therapy.
• Apply written treatment plan and administer treatment toward goals.
• Re-evaluate patient status and outcomes of treatment.
• Review goals with patient and family during care.
• Train patients and families in the use of medical equipment and recommend equipment as needed.
