Job summary

CommuniCare Rehab, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, seeks a Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) at Burlington Healthcare Center in Cincinnati, OH. You will evaluate residents’ needs, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and supervise COTAs under physician orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Hold a valid or pending State OT License.

Responsibilities

• Perform resident evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Implement treatment and educate staff involved in care.
• Provide supervision for COTAs.
• Attend interdisciplinary meetings to relay findings.
