Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Part Time Registered Nurse, Occupational Health to provide care to client employees at our Burnsville Health Center, Minnesota. The role is scheduled Tuesday through Thursday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, part-time (20–29 hours/week).

Qualifications

• RN licensed in state of practice required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• COHN/COHN-S or related certification preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS may be required by contract scope.
• Minimum three years' RN experience in occupational health or related clinic.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance for clinical operations and physical evaluations (OSHA, DOT, CDC).
• Evaluate, treat, and prioritize patient care within scope of practice.
• Deliver evidence-based care to injured workers and coordinate return-to-work with TPA/client.
• Implement and monitor transitional duty programs.
• Perform and document medical tests and treatments (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision).
• Administer medications and emergency care within scope of practice.
• Maintain equipment and infection control procedures.
