Job summary

Premise Health Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse at our Windsor Locks, CT Health Center. You will provide patient-focused care to employees, promote wellness, and coordinate with the healthcare team.

Schedule is Monday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with no nights or weekends. The ideal candidate has an active RN license in CT, at least three years in occupational health settings, and BLS; COHN/COHN-S or ACLS certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in state of practice (CT) is required.
• Certification in Occupational Health (COHN/COHN-S) or Emergency Nursing, or Case Management is preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support certification is required; ACLS may be required depending on site.
• Minimum three years of RN experience in occupational health, emergency room, or ambulatory care.
• Experience promoting healthy, safe, productive workplaces and return-to-work processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance for clinical operations.
• Evaluate, treat, and triage patient care within scope of practice.
• Deliver evidence-based care to injured workers and coordinate return-to-work with TPA and client.
• Implement transitional duty programs for injured workers.
• Perform and document medical tests and treatments per site contract.
• Administer medications and provide emergency care within legal scope.
• Maintain equipment, infection control, and patient health records.
• Educate patients on health promotion and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and company departments on health programs.
