Mercy Health is seeking a part-time Occupational Health Coordinator in Ohio. The role combines administrative support with clinical duties, coordinating care, scheduling, reporting, and maintaining comprehensive records across services like screenings and workers’ comp.

Office hours are Monday–Friday 8am–5pm. You’ll support on-site service coordination, assist billing, and ensure accurate documentation to sustain efficient patient flow and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care according to provider instructions and protocols within scope.
• Performs basic office functions: answering phones, scheduling, filing, coordinating patient flow.
• Coordinates care: scheduling, testing, reporting, and obtaining records for referrals.
