Job summary

Responsibilities include transcribing patient appointments, supporting clinical workflow, and maintaining accurate EMR records. Prior medical scribe or OB/GYN office experience is preferred, with strong computer and communication

Responsibilities

• Transcribe patient appointments and document patient visits.
• Work directly with the OB/GYN provider to support patient care and clinical workflow.
• Assist with diagnostic tests, referrals, prescriptions, and patient paperwork.
• Review lab results and return patient calls as directed.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient charts and EMR documentation.
• Assist the provider with clinical and administrative support.
• Participate in daily huddles and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
