Job summary

Wilson Health in Troy, Ohio is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer for the OB/GYN department. This part-time role (24 hours/week) on the 1st shift involves performing obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound exams and collaborating with physicians to support accurate diagnoses.

The candidate should have an accredited degree in diagnostic medical sonography, ARDMS certification preferred, and strong patient care and safety commitment.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in diagnostic medical sonography or related field.
• Experience with MFM ultrasound protocols and fetal assessments preferred.
• ARDMS certification preferred or required per facility standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures with high-quality images.
• Explain imaging procedures to patients and maintain a calm environment.
• Prepare and maintain ultrasound equipment, calibrate for safety.
• Review patient history to select imaging techniques.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to provide observations.
