Qualifications

• Knows temperature danger zone for hot and cold foods.
• Can properly clean and sanitize their work areas.
• Knows proper procedure to label and dating open food items.

Responsabilités

• Dish machine washing pots & pans.
• Assembling food for patients, delivering food to patients, knowledge of patient diets, stocking areas, cleaning, serving customers in the cafe, cleaning and cash register.
• Assists with the training of new employees.
• Provides services to cafeteria customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Maintains appearance of all equipment and serving counters.
