Qualifications

Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Nutritional Sciences, Public Health Nutrition, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.
Demonstrated expertise in nutrition and dietetics.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Commitment to student-centered teaching and learning.
Ability to teach undergraduate nutrition courses effectively in a variety of instructional modalities.

Responsibilities

Teach Introduction to Nutrition and other assigned undergraduate nutrition and dietetics courses;.
Prepare and deliver course content in accordance with departmental guidelines.
Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
Maintain accurate course records and submit grades by established deadlines.
Maintain appropriate communication and availability to support student success.
Teach courses in face-to-face, online, and/or hybrid formats as assigned.
