Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Nutritional Sciences, Public Health Nutrition, or related field.
• RDN credential.
• Demonstrated expertise in nutrition and dietetics.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to teach undergraduate nutrition courses in multiple modalities.

Responsibilities

• Teach Introduction to Nutrition and other undergraduate nutrition and dietetics courses.
• Prepare and deliver course content per departmental guidelines.
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate course records and submit grades by deadlines.
• Maintain communication to support student success.
• Teach courses face-to-face, online, and/or hybrid formats as assigned.
