Job summary

Child Care Resources Inc. seeks a dedicated Assistant Teacher in Brookline, NH to support a caring early childhood program. You will work closely with the Lead Teacher to deliver engaging activities and maintain a safe, welcoming classroom.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with young children in licensed childcare.
• Pass NH background check and fingerprinting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Availability to work until 5:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized classroom environment.
• Support children during transitions, meals, outdoor play and personal care routines.
• Monitor and document student progress and milestones.
• Engage with children individually and in groups to foster curiosity and social skills.
