Qualifications

• Registered nurse licensed in Maryland with current practice ability.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience, including one year caring for the elderly.
• Minimum of sixteen hours of course instruction in Principles of Adult Education or nursing-related teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement instructional elements of the Maryland Board of Nursing approved curriculum.
• Teach the CNA/GNA program and related courses.
• Evaluate student performance in skills and clinical settings.
