Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. is seeking an RN (BSN) part-time Clinical Nursing Instructor at the Sylvania Campus. The role involves teaching clinicals and labs 2–3 days per week, Monday through Friday, on-site at the campus and clinic locations.

You will review lesson plans, guide student proficiency, record grades and attendance, and support externships as applicable. The position emphasizes hands-on mentorship in a community-focused nursing school.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved registered nursing education program, BSN or higher.
• Two or more years in the practice of nursing as a registered nurse providing direct patient care.
• Current, valid licensure as a registered nurse in Ohio.
• Must be able to teach at the campus and off-site clinicals.
• Experience with precepting preferred.
• Knowledge of Ross curriculum and ability to use Ross materials.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in the Ross curriculum, review lesson plans and prepare for class instruction.
• Grade and electronically record assignments, actively promote student retention, support externship activities as applicable.
• Perform related work and record grades/attendance in campus management software.
