Charter College in Anchorage, AK seeks a Part-Time Adjunct Nursing Instructor to deliver lectures, labs, and clinical instruction on a 10-week course schedule. A BSN is required; an MSN is preferred. This in-person role reports to the Program Manager.

Responsibilities include maintaining lesson plans, grading, advising students, tracking attendance, and collaborating with the Program Manager. Compensation is per course, based on experience and subject matter expertise.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• Active RN license is required.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
• MSN degree preferred for advancement.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver lectures, labs, and clinical instruction per curriculum.
• Maintain up-to-date lesson plans and instructional materials.
• Monitor attendance, participation, and student performance.
• Grade assignments with timely, constructive feedback.
• Provide academic support during office hours or by appointment.
• Advise students on academic matters and school policies.
• Communicate with the Program Manager on student-related issues.
• Attend meetings and participate on committees as assigned.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
