Kinsley Power Systems is looking for a Part-Time Adjunct Nursing Instructor to deliver course instruction at the Anchorage, AK campus. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, an active RN license, and a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience. Responsibilities include delivering lectures, grading assignments, and advising students. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Required).
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience (Required).
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Required).

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, labs, and clinical instruction based on established curriculum.
• Maintain up-to-date lesson plans and instructional materials.
• Monitor and document student attendance, participation, and performance.
• Grade and return assignments with constructive feedback in a timely manner.
• Provide academic support during scheduled office hours or by appointment.
• Participate in student retention efforts; identify and support at-risk students.
• Advise students on academic and school-related matters.
• Maintain communication with the Program Manager on all student-related issues.
• Attend mandatory meetings and serve on committees as assigned.
