Qualifications

• Active Missouri LPN or RN license is required.
• CPR Instructor certification or willingness to obtain.
• Previous leadership or training experience in healthcare preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead new team member orientation and onboarding.
• Oversee staff education and ongoing training programs.
• Coordinate annual education calendar and certifications.
• Serve as CPR Instructor and manage staff certifications.
• Lead QAPI initiatives and restorative nursing meetings.
• Support tele-psych and resident care initiatives.
• Ensure staff compliance with TB testing and education requirements.
• Assist with policy development and process improvement.
