Qualifications

• Must have completed the basic professional curricula of a school of nursing and hold a BSN; Master’s preferred.
• Valid multi-state or Oklahoma RN license required.
• 2–3 years healthcare experience and 2–3 years education/professional development experience.
• Experience teaching adults; strong knowledge of MS Office and technology.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with management to assess, integrate, and evaluate educational needs and resources.
• Develops, implements, and leads evidence-based education programs to promote staff development and high-quality patient care.
• Teaches classes using principles of adult learning and critical thinking.
• Evaluates educational programs for impact on learners and organization.
• Coordinates clinical rotations and nursing student experiences.
