Qualifications

• Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License.

Responsibilities

• Develops, coordinates, implements, and documents adult learner-focused orientation programs.
• Maintains educational records and competency documentation.
• Mentors new staff and collaborates with managers to identify educational needs.
• Develops in-service programs based on identified needs and regulatory requirements.
• Participates in evaluation processes and assists with policy revisions.
