Qualifications

• Unrestricted RN licensure in MA or eligibility to obtain one.
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience or graduate studies in nursing.
• Preferred: prior teaching or precepting with diverse student populations.
• Preferred: certification in a nursing specialty.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct clinical instruction and supervision for prelicensure students.
• Identify, assign, and supervise patient care experiences to maximize learning.
• Develop evidence-based teaching strategies to enhance clinical learning.
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Collaborate with faculty and clinical partners to meet course objectives and accreditation standards.
• Mentor students and model professional/practice ethics.
• Maintain knowledge of clinical best practices and nursing education trends.
• Participate in faculty meetings, orientations, and credentialing activities.
