Responsibilities

• Implements the college's philosophy, curriculum, program outcomes, and course objectives through clinical teaching.
• Plans clinical experiences and provides direct supervision and evaluation of nursing students.
• Evaluates and provides feedback to students on performance based on course objectives.
• Maintains knowledge of agency/clinical policies and expectations.
• Develops and posts clinical assignments aligned with student needs and knowledge.
• Contributes to program development and evaluation.
