Albany Med Health System is seeking a Nursing Administrative Assistant to support the Operating Room with administrative duties. This is a part-time, 20-hour-per-week daytime position located at 43 New Scotland Avenue, Albany, NY 12208.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years of relevant experience, or an AAS with 1+ year. Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service are essential for successful performance.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent plus at least 2 years applicable experience, or Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree with 1-year applicable experience or combination of some college and 1-year experience.
• Working knowledge of computer-based applications and strong PC/keyboard skills.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment in decision making.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle high workload volume and deliver good customer service.
• Confidentiality guidelines must be followed.
