The Bostonian Nursing Care & Rehabilitation Center is a spacious, newly renovated 121-bed skilled nursing facility located in metro Boston, MA. It offers short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and respite services delivered by a compassionate team focused on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid, active MA RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• One year of skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and complete resident assessments.
• Coordinate with physicians on care plans.
• Develop, write, implement and monitor resident care plans.
• Maintain resident safety and follow regulatory guidelines.

Requirements for Staff Nurse:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Valid, unencumbered, state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), in the state of Massachusetts
• Current CPR certification
• One year of skilled nursing facility experience, preferred
• Bilingual or Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Job Duties for Staff Nurse:

• Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.
• Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care
• Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain safety of residents.
• Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.
