Job summary

The Bostonian Nursing Care & Rehabilitation Center in Boston, MA is hiring Staff Nurses (LPNs and RNs) to administer medications, perform assessments, and coordinate with physicians on individualized care plans. This on-site role supports a 121-bed skilled nursing facility with flexible part-time and per-diem shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid, unencumbered MA RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• One year of skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Administer meds, complete assessments, and ensure care is properly delivered to residents.
• Assess residents and coordinate with physicians on plan of care.
• Develop, write, execute, and monitor care plans for resident safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain resident safety and follow regulatory guidelines.

Requirements for Staff Nurse:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
