Job summary

Evernorth Workplace Care in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Part-time Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary care in a workplace-based setting, with episodic and extended episodic care as needed.

You will collaborate with onsite staff, oversee CLIA waivers and specimen collection, provide wellness coaching and preventive care, and participate in travel medicine when appropriate.

Qualified candidates must hold an NP certificate, active Florida license, DEA, BLS, and 2+ years of independent practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Certified NP program.
• Active and unrestricted NP license in Florida.
• Minimum of 2+ years of NP experience in internal medicine or family practice.
• DEA licensure and prescriptive authority.
• Strong primary care experience including women’s health.
• Chronic disease management experience preferred.
• Electronic Health Record experience (EPIC) a plus.
• BLS certification and ability to maintain.
• Phlebotomy experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Primary Care in a Workplace-based setting.
• Episodic care (low acuity Urgent Care).
• Extended Episodic Acute Care for illnesses/injuries.
• Chronic disease education and co-management with outside PCPs.
