Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for an onsite Workplace Primary Care clinic in Clearwater, Florida. This PRN role supports City of Clearwater employees, covering clinic hours and provider PTO as needed.

Responsibilities include primary care, episodic and urgent care, biometric screenings, and health coaching, with collaboration to HR and clinic teams. Florida NP license, DEA, and EPIC familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Autonomous NP license in Florida is required.
• DEA license and prescriptive authority.
• 2+ years of independent NP experience in internal medicine or family practice.
• Strong primary care background; women’s health experience preferred.
• Chronic disease management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care in an employer-based clinic.
• Deliver episodic and low-acuity urgent care.
• Manage short-term acute care follow-ups.
• Perform CLIA-waived tests and dispense medications.
• Conduct biometric screenings and wellness education.
• Provide one-on-one health coaching.
• Collaborate with HR/Benefits and clinic care team.
