Qualifications

• Graduate of Certified NP program.
• Active and unrestricted NP license in Florida; able to maintain.
• Minimum of 2+ years in internal medicine or family practice; able to practice independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care in a workplace-based setting.
• Deliver episodic care and chronic disease management.
• Oversee CLIA-waived tests and specimen collection; dispense meds.
• Provide health coaching and wellness education to employees.
