Job summary

QuadMed is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Naples, FL, working 20 hours per week. Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience.
• Active and unrestricted applicable licensure.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• NPI & DEA registration.
• Current National Board Certification.
