Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing with NP specialization.
• Active national NP board certification (AANP/ANCC).
• Unrestricted state APRN license.
• Prior PA experience or PA studies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide in-person and virtual clinic visits from the site to support patient outcomes.
• Perform diagnostic testing and preventive counseling; coordinate care with other clinicians.
• Engage patients in wellness services and disease management.
• Handle essential clinic operations: inventory, opening/closing, follow-up, insurance verification and payments.
• Maintain a safe, efficient care environment with timely appointment management.
