Job summary

QuadMed is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Naples, FL, working 20 hours per week. The position emphasizes quality of care and offers a collegial environment focused on outpatient, preventative medicine. Ideal candidates will have a master's degree in Nursing, a minimum of three years of primary care experience, and possess relevant licenses and certifications. Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted applicable licensure.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• NPI & DEA registration.

Job Requirements

• Completed master’s degree level Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited college/university
• Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience
• Ability to work independently
• Experience working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Active and unrestricted applicable licensure
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
• NPI & DEA registration
• Current National Board Certification
