Job summary

QuadMed is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our Naples, FL team at the employer health center with a focus in primary care. The role emphasizes one-on-one patient time, accurate documentation in the EMR, and a team-based approach to preventative health care.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of MA experience, CPR/BLS certification or the ability to obtain within 60 days, and strong interpersonal and bilingual (Spanish) communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduate of accredited medical assisting program or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum one year of Medical Assistant experience is required.
• CPR (BLS) certification or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Measure and record vital signs (weight, height, blood pressure, etc.).
• Ensure accurate EMR documentation including patient interviews and histories.
• Assist medical staff with patient examinations.
• Maintain supplies and sterilize instruments.
• Front office duties: check-in/check-out and scheduling.
• Provide patient instructions and registration information.
• Support preventative health care and team-based care delivery.
