Eventus WholeHealth delivers an integrated model of care to adults residing in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through a network of healthcare providers including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and in-house Support Staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide mental health services in accordance with Eventus WholeHealth site-specific protocols and the standard of care for family medicine, geriatric medicine, and/or internal medicine related to long-term care facilities.
- Ensure high-quality clinical experiences treating patients with various adult psychopathologies.
- Practice independently while collaborating with a psychiatric team of MDs, PMHNPs, NPs, and PAs.
- Receive supervision from a psychiatrist focused on mentorship and training, with opportunities for ongoing education such as case conferences, journal reviews, and meetings.
- Collaborate with primary care providers and psychotherapists; all patients will have access to weekly psychotherapy appointments.
- Work alongside a medical assistant partner to assist with scheduling, charting, and administrative duties.
- Utilize an integrated EHR system across all services.

Qualifications/Education:
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution and a valid state license to practice medicine, along with current certifications.
- OR graduation from an accredited physician assistant program, passing the national certification exam, and holding a valid state Physician Assistant license.
- Specialization in geriatrics, family medicine, or psychiatry is preferred.
