Job description

Eventus WholeHealth delivers an integrated model of care to adults residing in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through a network of healthcare providers, including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and in-house Support Staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide mental health services following Eventus WholeHealth site-specific protocols and the standard of care for family medicine, geriatric medicine, and/or internal medicine related to long-term care facilities.

Quality/Compliance

• Deliver high-quality clinical care for adult psychopathologies
• Maintain independence in practice while collaborating with a psychiatric team of MDs, PMHNPs, NPs, and PAs
• Receive supervision from a psychiatrist focused on mentorship and training, including monthly case conferences, journal reviews, and meetings
• Collaborate with primary care providers and psychotherapists; patients will have access to weekly psychotherapy sessions
• Work with a medical assistant partner for scheduling, charting, and administrative support
• Utilize an integrated EHR system for all services
• Enjoy flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance
• Practice without the constraints of appointment clocks, allowing sufficient time for patient care

Qualifications/Education:

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution with a valid state license to practice medicine; all certifications must be current
• Alternatively, graduation from an accredited physician assistant program, passing the national certification exam, and holding a valid state Physician Assistant license; specialization in geriatrics, family, or psychiatry is preferred
