Eventus WholeHealth delivers an integrated model of care to adults residing in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through a network of healthcare providers, including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and in-house Support Staff.
Provide mental health services in accordance with Eventus WholeHealth site-specific protocols and the standard of care for family medicine, geriatric medicine, and/or internal medicine related to long-term care facilities.
Masters degree in Nursing from an accredited institution with a valid state license; all certifications must be current. Alternatively, a graduate of an accredited physician assistant program, with passing national certification, state licensure, and preferred specialization in geriatrics, family, or psychiatry.
