Eventus WholeHealth delivers an integrated model of care to adults residing in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through a network of healthcare providers including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and in-house Support Staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide mental health services in accordance with Eventus WholeHealth site-specific protocols and the standard of care for family medicine, geriatric medicine, and/or internal medicine related to long-term care facilities.
Quality/Compliance
- Deliver high-quality clinical care treating all adult psychopathologies.
- Maintain independence in practice while collaborating with a team of MDs, PMHNPs, NPs, and PAs.
- Receive supervision from a psychiatrist focused on mentorship and training, with opportunities for monthly case conferences, journal reviews, and meetings.
- Collaborate with primary care providers and psychotherapists; patients will have access to weekly psychotherapy sessions.
- Work alongside a medical assistant partner to assist with scheduling, charting, and administrative duties.
- Utilize an integrated EHR system across all services.

Qualifications/Education:
- Masters degree in Nursing from an accredited institution and a valid state license to practice medicine; all certifications must be current.
OR
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Passed the national certification exam from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
- Licensed as a Physician Assistant in your state.
- Geriatric, family, or psychiatric specialization preferred.
