Job summary

ProHealth seeks a Nurse Practitioner to interview clients, record histories, perform physical assessments, and manage patient care across multiple clinic sites in Florida. The role requires prescribing within APRN scope, ordering tests, and coordinating referrals with the Medical Director.

The position is part-time (8am–5pm, Monday–Saturday) with travel between clinic sites as needed. Florida APRN license in good standing and DEA/DOT licenses are required.

Qualifications

• APRN license in Florida in good standing.
• Two plus years' experience in multi-site medical setting.
• DEA license and DOT certification.

Responsibilities

• Interview clients and record health histories.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; diagnose and manage care.
• Prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies as appropriate.
• Coordinate referrals and work with Medical Director to ensure compliance.
