Job summary

Required: Master’s degree or post-Master’s certification, 3–5 years of experience, active Florida license, BLS; DEA preferred. Must be able to work at multiple CHC locations and maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or post-Master’s certification required for recent graduates.
• Three to five years of experience preferred.
• ANCC or AANP certification or eligibility; Florida license required; BLS certified.

Responsibilities

• The Nurse Practitioner functions as a collaborative member of the health care team in ambulatory care.
• Provides outpatient comprehensive primary care including preventive and health maintenance, acute and chronic care, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
