Job summary

ProHealth seeks a Nurse Practitioner to interview clients, obtain health histories, conduct physicals, and manage patient care across multiple clinics. The role requires prescribing and coordinating treatments within Florida APRN scope and collaborating with medical directors.

Full-time position; hours typically 8am–5pm, Monday–Saturday with potential after-hours as patient needs dictate. Periodic travel to other clinic sites may be required.

Qualifications

• APRN license in the state of Florida (active, in good standing).
• DEA and DOT licenses.
• Two+ years' experience in multi-site medical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview clients and record health histories.
• Perform physical and developmental assessments.
• Order diagnostic tests and interpret results.
• Prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies.
• Manage patient care and refer when needed.
• Maintain health records and ensure compliance with guidelines.
