Job summary

VitalCheck Wellness Inc. seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner for a Part-Time onsite role in South Texas.

The position entails two clinic days per month at locations near Falfurrias/Encino and Kingsville/Riviera, with a pay rate of $130 per onsite hour and a November 2026 start. The NP will review histories, perform preventive evaluations, manage common conditions, and collaborate with employees on follow-up care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Texas NP license.
• FNP, FNP-C or FNP-BC certification required.
• Current BLS or ACLS certification.
• Experience in family/primary care outpatient setting.
• Ability to perform venipuncture independently.

Responsibilities

• Review health histories, medications and concerns.
• Perform preventive and routine health evaluations.
• Evaluate and manage diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol and other conditions.
• Prescribe medications when clinically appropriate.
• Perform venipuncture and collect blood specimens.
• Review and interpret laboratory results.
• Provide patient education and follow-up care.
• Complete timely electronic documentation.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards of care.
