Job summary

PsychoGeriatricServices (PGS) is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to provide compassionate psychiatric care for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The role is independent, with daytime hours within core business times, and no nights, weekends, or on-call required.

You will conduct on-site psychiatric assessments and medication management, coordinate care with facility teams, adhere to state and federal guidelines and PGS protocols, educate staff, and maintain clear

• State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (PA/MD/DC/VA required)
• Active DEA license
• Monday–Friday availability during normal business hours
• Ability to stand for 20 minutes and lift up to 15 pounds
