⸻ Your Role As aNurse Practitioner at PGS, you will deliver compassionatepsychiatric care to residents in skilled nursing andlong-term care settings. You will work autonomously whilestaying connected to a robust clinical and administrativesupport team. KeyResponsibilities: •Conduct on-site psychiatric assessments and medicationmanagement • Coordinatecare and consult with facility teams (Administrator,Director of Nursing, Social Services) •Adhere to state and federal clinical guidelines and PGSprotocols • Educate staffand support holistic, patient-centered care •Maintain clear, timely documentation ⸻ Our Guarantee

✔ State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (MD,DC, VA, PA, or NJ required)
✔ Active DEA license
✔Monday–Friday availability during normal business hours
✔Ability to stand for 20 minutes and lift up to 15 pounds
